COFFEE: We want you to be happy, so if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at help@truckstoporganics.com within nine (9) days of the date you received the coffee and, depending on the circumstances, we will either replace the coffee at our expense or, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that coffee. Coffee is perishable and our roasts are very fresh, so we're unable to accept returns on shipped coffee. We may require photographic documentation of any coffee with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund.
SHIPPING: If any Product you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us at help@truckstoporganics.com and, depending on the circumstances, we will provide a replacement of the damaged items, a partial or full credit or refund of the portion of the purchase price applicable to the damaged Product. We may require photographic documentation of any damaged Product before we provide you a credit or refund.
